Looking through my old ones with a huge smile. I remember getting the weekly when I was twelve. <3

I pity you. You just don't get it at all. There isn't a thing I don't cherish.
Here's looking at you, kid.
Am I doing it right, Boss?

Shonen Jump is actually how I met my best friend. <3 She let me borrow her Shonen Jump in middle school. It was the first time I had ever seen a collection of manga in like... a big magazine. I let her borrow my copy of Tokyo Mew Mew volume 1. Not too long after that we got into Shojo Beat. Man, I miss those days.

I'm so glad you were able to meet a friend that way. Those are the best memories ever. I met my best friend in a similar way. Only we met over Anime Insider. xD Sadly, after middle school we parted ways because she moved. I still have a lot of anime stickers and pins we ended up trading. Art too. I miss her a lot sometimes but we sure had something good for a pair of nerds. <3

One Piece was pretty good, url0rds4vI0r. Have you read any manga at all?

Are you interested in any? There are free manga sites all over the Internet.

They used to have old copies in my local library.
I would hide in the corner and read them because I was embarassed. xD
One of the libraries in our area had a really big manga selection it was beautiful. <3
I would always get on Card Captor Sakura and reread it.
I also used to get out the Sailor Moon R movie like, twice a month.

I remember reading those when my high school library had them. Still wish the physical copies were made instead of having everything digital (well, that and having the chance to read Shojo Beat when it was still in print)

I have a few volumes somewhere but I ended up selling the bulk of my collection on ebay when I moved. I was in art school during the sixth grade and studied a lot of different art forms. Never followed the stories in Shonen Jump, didn't keep up with it's fandom. It was still part of my creative curiosity as a child!
